June 2025 Update
Summer is in full swing and it's great to see so many members enjoying the pool! We wanted to take a minute to kindly remind everyone about some important guidelines.
Lane swimming is popular, as usual. In order to accommodate more than one swimmer per lane, remember that you can ask to join a lane (or invite someone to your lane if you are swimming) and then proceed to circle swim on the right side of the underwater line. We are looking into how to add lane lines to keep this a bit more simple.
Swimming is prohibited in the absence of a lifeguard on stand (or in chairs, during lane swim only times).
When the pool is bolted, you are welcome to stay on the premises, but everyone must stay away from the water. Do not sit on the edge of the pool, or enter the baby pool, until a lifeguard has confirmed the pool is no longer bolted.
In accordance with the posted rules (also on our website), children 10 and under must be accompanied to the pool by an adult or a responsible individual who is at least 12 years of age.
Please pay attention when a lifeguard blows their whistle. This signal is to alert everyone to potential hazards or to enforce rules, and your quick attention helps our lifeguards maintain a safe and orderly pool environment. Lifeguards are authorized to enforce all pool rules and may ask individuals to leave the pool area for safety or disciplinary reasons.
Our lifeguards have already made SEVERAL SAVES this season, and their quick action helps keep everyone safe. But safety is a team effort — we need your help, too. Please keep a close eye on your children at all times. Your attention can prevent accidents before they happen. Let’s work together for a safe and fun summer! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
